There are no additional fees for anything in our shop, but payment methods such as convenience store payments and bank transfer payments may incur additional fees.

Due to the made-to-order process and international shipping, it takes approximately 3 to 5 weeks for your order to arrive. Please note that delivery and customs processing may cause delays longer than usual.

However, since the cutting boards are made-to-order, please contact us within 1 weeks of the order.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will arrange a replacement if the received product is deemed defective, such as having significant scratches or cracks.

Receipts can be issued. Please let us know your request in the "Add a note to your order" field in the cart. Also, if you have a specific name for the address, please let us know as well.
