If the finished cutting board are left for a long time, the solid wood may become distorted or cracked, so we basically make it on a made-to-order basis. Therefore, it takes 3 to 6 weeks from the time you purchase the cutting board until the cutting board arrives.

Since the cutting board is made from natural wood, no boards have the same wood grain, color, number of annual rings, and redness.
Therefore, please understand that the appearance of the product photo and the delivered product are basically different.
Only for Shoyan original cutting boards, re-plane service will be provided for a certain period of time, about once a year. When the time comes, we will email all customers who have purchased cutting boards from our shop. At that time, we will also inform you of the page for ordering re-planing.

It is unlikely that a crack will progress and the board will cut in half.
However, due to the nature of solid wood, even if it is processed, it may warp or crack and rattle.
Even if cracks occur, there is no problem in using the cutting board.
